Chloe & Justin, Part 1 // Lifestyle Wedding Photographer // Ft. Myers, FL

It was suppose to rain. In fact, it was suppose to be storming. When you plan a beach wedding and reception, you make sure to check the weather average for that day in the area. They did. It doesn't rain in Lover's Key that day of the year. Having planned on such an event and everything is just about ready to go, you don't worry about the weather, because it doesn't rain on this day.

It's Florida. It will rain when the clouds are black or when the sun is shining. Seriously. Our weather is only predictable in the fact that you can count on it to change in a blink of an eye. So, as I was saying, it turned out that it was suppose to storm on Chloe and Justin's day. In this case the only thing to do is pray that the weather will hold off and roll with the punches.

They did. It didn't storm. It seemed to threaten it all day with the strong winds though.

Beach weddings are a gamble, but worth it, don't you think? I have so much to share from this wedding! The wedding was held at Lover's Key State Park near Ft. Myers. The ceremony was held on the sand and the reception followed in this beautiful, large gazebo near the water. The guests were shuttled in to the site on a trolley like you see at theme parks. Everything was casual, simple, relaxed.

Congratulations Chloe & Justin. :)
